Burning below incision

I am 1 week post csection and have developed a pain below the left side of my incision and down into the groin area .  It is more of a burning sensation with occasionally sharp electric stabs that stop you in your tracks. 

Has anyone else experienced this?

    It is your internal incision healing, most likely. I experienced pain like this when getting out of bed for a few months PP.

    I would get a burning sensation if I was on my feet for too long. It went away after a month or so.
