Teething this early!!

I was hoping for some advice. Our DD is almost 10 weeks. I made an appointment after a fever brough us into the ER. She is drooling uncontrollable, rubbing her ears and mouth(we thougth it was an ear infection however the Pedi said her ears look fine), she has a low grade fever 100 flat, and a small diaper rash that wasn't present till recently(we keep A and D on her bottem non-stop to prevent them). I was thnking it might be her teething and it almost feels like her front tooth is starting to come in but it's still hard to tell. If this is truly teething I could use any suggestion for ways to help with an infant so young.

In the next couple weeks she will establish much more hand control but obviously still have no clue what she's doing but ive noticed similar behavior from my 12 week old(for 2 weeks). Put a corner of a washcloth in water & then in the freezer. After its frozen or even just wet if she hates the cold, give her the wet/frozen end & put it in her mouth. She will scrunch up the rest of the cloth "trying" to bite it over & over... It's cute & is the best teether 2 months,,, to 2 years!
