I am always very tired, nauseated, with little appetite and just feel overall lousy. I cant muster up the energy to exercise......i feel gross and i am about 6 weeks now.
Any suggesstions? What are all you ladies doing for these issues?
Have you had your iron levels checked? Other than that, I'd say sleep as much as you can, because that will reduce the nausea, and stay as hydrated as you can, because that will reduce nausea and headaches. And maybe try and spend some time outside while the sun is shining if possible.

I haven't exercised since my nausea set in week 6. I am feeling better so i want to get back to it soon. I think you just do what you can and don't be too hard in yourself. First tri is hard but I have heard it gets better.
TTC since Dec. 2010. Me: 37, DH: 38...unexplained RPL BFP #1 - missed m/c 4.18.11 found @8w3d, d&c @13w BFP #2 blighted ovum found 8.2011 @8w, misoprostol BFP#3 - missed m/c 6.11.12 @ 9w3d, d&c revealed extra chromosome 15 BFP#4 8.10.12, DD born 4/26/13
I had horrible morning sickness during my first trimester. I was literally nauseous 24/7. I found out the only time I didn't feel nauseous was when I worked out. I would literally wake up and lay on the couch until I could muster up the energy to go work out. I would work out for about an hour or an hour and a half and then come home and lay on the couch for the rest of the day. So my advice to you is to try to get out and exercise. It may make you feel better.
Now that I'm in my second trimester I don't feel nauseous 24/7, but the nausea is is more severe when it occurs and working out doesn't help anymore. In fact I've had to run out of a few classes to vomit. :-(
The first trimester is really hard for some people. I often asked DH why his baby hated me. There is not much that you can do about it but eat whatever will stay down and rest as much as you can. For me it was much better at 14 weeks and now at 18 weeks tomorrow I feel like a real person again.
Yep - it just sucks for some. All I could do was eat, sleep, feel nauseous, get hungry, get grossed out by food, and go back to sleep. I couldn't water the plants, and I would have to take a 15 minute nap in the car before braving Walgreen's. I would work each day and that was absolutely it. Even going out to brunch on the weekend, I would just go back to bed after.
I didn't think of exercising and the couple times I tried, I felt sick after. Now I am walking, swimming, and doing prenatal yoga, and seeing friends again. And food tastes delicious...sex is even fun again!
Be easy on yourself, accept help, eat what you can, and do whatever makes you feel good. It will pass.
