Question on NB size

I have a chance to buy some NB size covers for pretty cheap.  How long do these typically fit babies?  Is it worth it, or should I just invest in some OS covers?

    Yes - get them if you're planning to CD from birth. OS covers don't typically fit newborns very well - they're too loose around the legs. DD was a medium-to-large baby for her age and she fit NB covers for ~6-8 weeks.

    Thanks, I will get them.  They are only about $15 for 4 covers I think that is a pretty good deal.
