subject: work out FAIL!
I've been meaning to order the 30 Day Shred dvd, but I keep putting it off because I'm afraid it'll be too hard, then I'll get discouraged and quit. Other than walking, I haven't exercised at all since before I got pregnant....and that wasn't often! Well, today I got the bright idea that I'd do a short work-out on my own for a week or two before ordering the dvd. So, I did some stretches, then danced around like a goof in my living room for almost 20 minutes. It was going well--I was working up a sweat, DS2 was sleeping, DS1 was jumping in circles and making monkey noises with me (??). Then, I twisted/strained/did something to hurt my knee! I've had problems with this knee before, but not for a while. Now it's hurting so badly--I can hardly use it when I stand up, go up stairs, bounce DS2. Greatttttt. So much for getting back into shape now.....I guess I'll just sit here on TB and eat a cookie instead! Ugh.
Anybody else having exercise troubles??
