back to work moms - frequency of pumping

My baby is 12 weeks old and I'm back to work - he eats every 3 hours but I can only pump every 4 hours at work.

 Does anybody try and pump every so many hours your baby is eating?  I heard from a girl to just try to do every 4 hours and I should be ok...so far ok but I don't want to hurt my supply.

I pump every 3 to 4 hours and I keep up with what he eats just fine.  A difference from 3 to 4 hours shouldn't affect your supply.

Same here. My supply is holding up well. I just make sure to nurse on the weekends. I only use my pump if needed on Saturday and Sunday. Did the same with my first. I was able to nurse/pump for 11 months with her.

When I worked with my first two, I pumped every 3-4 hours and never hurt my supply.
