Anyone have wheel issues with your BJCS?

The wheels are making me crazy.  One wheel is clicking and there is some resistance with pushing it.  I have heard their customer service is awful.  I guess I need to just suck it up and call, but I am wondering if anyone had the same issue and if so, how you got it fixed?

I have the 2010 and haven't had issues. I did have issues with one if my canopies and the customer service was awesome. The fabric broke and the rod was sticking out. They sent me out a new canopy that same day. No problems what so ever.

My wheel is clicking and driving me nuts, I was going to take it to a bike shop, one of these days.

I have a BJCM and the wheel would lock so it would not swivel. The customer service was nice and quick, they wanted some numbers off the stroller and POP but after that they sent us 2 extra wheels.
