I've found that since I've become a mom that my posture completely sucks! I don't know if it's because I'm more tired at the office and slump more or if it's because my back is sore from having giant toddlers who love to be snuggled--but my back is killing me and a doc recently said I really need to work on my posture.
I feel like I could use some help of a brace to keep me remembering that I need to keep my shoulders back.
Anyone have a recommendation?

Re: Does anyone (you) wear something to support/correct posture?
I have lousy posture too and it has become worse after having kids b/c I tend to favor one side when I carry them. I get huge knots around my scapula/rotating cuff that I will get massaged professionally when they're really bad. It's also due to staring at a computer all day.
I don't wear anything and it's partly b/c I go to the gym and work out during my lunch break so I'm lazy about changing multiple times during my time constraint. Actually, just today, I had to adjust the back of my chair to be more upright and force myself to have better posture. It lasted a little bit before I began to slouch again.
In summary, I'm no real help but wanted to relate and say me too!
If you can, sit on an exercise ball at work instead of a chair. It forces you to have good posture.
