If your LO was around 9lbs at birth, how much did they weigh at their 1 month appointment?

We just had DD2's 1 month appointment today and I couldn't believe that she now weighs 11lbs 9oz and is 23.5inches long!!! She was 8lbs 15oz and 21.5inches long at birth so she's gained quite a bit and I'm even breastfeeding! lol

Oliver was 9.8lbs at birth and weighed 12.10lbs at his one month appt last week. He was 21 inches at birth and 22.75 inches last week.

Elijah was 9lbs4oz 20 1/2 at birth. At one month he is 11lbs10oz 22 3/4 long.

Didn't have a 1mo appt with pedi, but when we went in for ENT checkup at 1mo, Elijah was 11lbs 8oz, up from 9lbs 14.8oz at birth.

My first was 8 lbs, 9 oz at birth, 20.5 inches.  At one month, he was 11 lb, 10 oz, and 23.5 inches.  I was breastfeeding too.

Spunds like you have a healthy little one! I bf and DS was 9 5 at birth. He lost 10 percent in the hospital. At his one month he was 11 6. BF babies often gain a lot at the beginning because they are building your supply. Once it regulates itself it slows down. But also babies gain at different rates and there's a wide range that is healthy.

That's a great amount of growth! )  My girl was 9 lb, 2 oz. and 20.5 inches at birth.  At her one month appointment, she was 11 lbs, 5.5 oz and 22.75 inches.  Not as much of a growth as your little one, but I was still pretty happy with it. )

That's great! Keith was 7lbs 5oz and 19.5 inches long. At his 1 month he was 10lbs 11oz and 22.5 inches. He is EBF also.

Brody was 8lb 13oz and 20 inches long at birth and at his one month he was 11lb 12oz and 22.5 inches long. I am FF.

12lbs 7oz, 23" at 1 month check up  

We're about to go in for his second month checkup and he's got to be 14-15 lbs by now. I have to actually move his jelly rolls to get him clean in the tub!

That's awesome! Looks like she hasn't gained too much when I see that most other babies weighed close or about the same = )

Elias was 8lbs 8oz at birth and was 11lbs 14oz at one month. The midwives said that I must have a lot of "cream" in my milk. We can thank a good supply and rockstar nursers.

Kinsley was 8 lbs 15 ozs, and 20 inches at birth. She went down to 8 pounds at her 2 week appointment and was up to 10 pounds 3 ounces and 21 1/2 inches at her one month appointment.
