No septum and plenty of sperm!

I had my MRI this morning and according to the radiologist's note, my ute is mildly arcuate (heart shaped) with no septum. Barring some unforeseen additional info from the RE, I'm assuming that means no surgery.
We also got a message from the nurse that MH's SA was really good. She gave a few numbers including count and total motile count, but she didn't mention morphology at all, and she left out all the units of measurement so that makes it a little harder to interpret. I'm not calling it a great SA until we hear everything, but it sounds good so far.
Now we schedule a meeting with the RE to hear her interpretation of everything and make a plan. Part of me was hoping for a more definitive explanation, but today I'm choosing to just be really grateful for what seems like good news.
