So this morning was supposed to be my beta but I got AF yesterday morning. My husband and I decided on IVF. I went this morning and was so overwhelmed by all the pre testing and information I was given. This is the next step and I know that. It's just so extensive and I will be missing a lot of work. Just feeling like I'm drowning trying to process it all.

It is a lot of information and overwhelming, but look at it this way, its the best way for you and DH to have another baby. Instead of looking at the entire process, I purposely took one to two weeks at a time. That not only makes it go by faster, but it is so much more manageable. Also, things can change so you're not setting yourself up for disappointment if AF doesnt' arrive on time, you have to take more/less meds, etc.
Honestly, I felt like we were actually starting something that was going to work and I hadn't felt that way in the 18 mos of trying before IVF. If you have any questions at all ask or PM me.
Good luck!
