Pregnant after 35

Ugh soo dizzy!

Woke up to the room spinning today. : just when I was starting to get a reprieve from the nausea. I get to feel Like I just got off the teacups! There isn't anything one can do for dizziness is there?

Re: Ugh soo dizzy!

  • My ob said to up your fluid intake and it would help. Other than that, I got nothin' but hope you feel better!

  • Do you eat red meat at all? If your iron is low, that will also contribute to dizziness. And I know everyone says spinach is high in iron, but your body doesn't absorb it very well from spinach. But if you're a vegetarian, then obviously, getting iron from spinach, other green leafy veggies, and beans will have to do...

  • Stand up and sit down slowly, drink lots of fluids.  Other than that, not much you can do.  You'll have to wait until your blood volume catches up to your capacity and that usually happens by the 3T.  Hope you feel better soon!
