Alva sizing?

I'm thisclose to placing an order for alva's - I was thinking of ordering 20 just to get the free fast shipping, not to mention it would make our laundry routine easier! How do you feel these run size-wise? We have a skinny mini baby. She's fitting well without leaks in our BG's and fuzzibuns, but the flips are a disaster right now. Is the fit comparable to any of these? I'm really hesitant to order a bunch if the fit is more like the flips or larger than the BG's or FB's. Thanks!

I find my Alva's to be larger than my BG 4.0's and Flips.  Both the BG 4.0 and Flips fit my LO by about 6-8 weeks, my Alva's didn't fit until almost 4 months.

They run bigger than bg. Also you don't have to order 20 items to get free shipping just free express shipping. Shipping is always free it's just slow.

My son is super skinny and tall. He will be 4 months tomorrow and weighs only 10 pounds right now. We have three alvas and they just fit OK right now, They're a little lose in the legs. I imagine they'll fit much better when he's closer to 13-14 pounds.

Thanks for the replies - glad I asked! I'd have been so annoyed to get a whole bunch of diapers that I'll still have to wait to use right now! Guess I'll keep washing daily and trolling craigslist for deals.

I feel like they're smaller than our BGs, though maybe it's just the tighter, newer elastic. Anyway, my DD gets awful red marks on her legs from the Alvas that she doesn't get from any other diaper. She is 28lbs though.

The fast shipping is fantastic though mine left China on Saturday and were delivered on Monday!!

They definitely run big. It's only been in the last 3 months or so that we've been able to get a good fit around the legs.

I haven't read the comments but we also have a skinny minnie and the Alvas run big for sure. They are still big on her in the legs and she's 14.5 pounds now at 7 months. It's crazy.

i have 10 alva's that are too big right now...my bg's started fitting at 2 weeks.
