Stupid newbie question so educate me. What are these used for? Can they be used to help baby feel drier? If I were to make my own, what is the standard size?
Keeps baby drier and makes it easier to dispose of solids. I bought one yard of micro fleece from Joannes and made 36 5x12" liners which seems to be the standard size.
They do keep baby dry if you use them in a natural fabric diaper (cotton, hemp, bamboo). If you use them with synthetic fabrics (polyester) they are just helpful for getting rid of poop.
