Headaches anyone?

I have been having lots of pretty bad headaches. Early on in my pregnancy they were mild but now they are worse and I have them probably every other day or so. I did get pretty bad headaches just before my period so I'm assuming it's the hormones, but that is honestly my worst complaint at this point. I try to drink tons of water and I took tylenol the other night but it did not help at all! Anyone else experiencing anything like this??

Yeah, I've also had pretty bad headaches. I took Tylenol but I'm trying to stay away from medication for now.

I had them the first time around and have already started getting them.  They are terrible.  They are worse when I don't eat enough.  I have one right now.  I did not have a good appetite the first time around and am starting off the same way this time.

I am a migraine suffer. Thankfully I haven't experienced one yet but I won't hold my breath. I have had a dull headache that turns to a more severe headache at least a few nights a week. I feel your pain!!! I haven't taken anything for it.

oh yes. I spoke to my dr Friday and he said Tylenol was okay to take so I've stocked up. If I can I'd like to not medicate during pregnancy, but I'm not gonna suffer...

I am prone to headaches & migraines (hereditary). I wasn't aware of my situation until I got older and became more aware of what my mother had been going through suffering with her own headaches & migraines as well. I got perscribed medications for migraines but since I got pregnant I cannot take them. So I have to try to ride them out by myself without the help of tylenol. (which I am a usual take ibprofen on the onset of a headache incase it turns worse.) The only thing I can tell you is to take tylenol with caffiene  soda/coffee and a candy bar. It helps a lot. Hopefully this helps you and try to figure our what causes your headaches so that way you can prevent them in the future i know mine are hormonal and lack of sleep is a huge culprit. I hope this helps in anyway. Good Luck!

I have not had a lot of headaches but have had them on occasion.  If they are that common, it might be something to run by your doctor to see what they recommend.  I am trying to avoid meds so have been suffering without them on occasion, but mine haven't been as bad as yours either.

yes:( I've always had very bad migrains rarely a day that went by that I didn't have any.. and now they are still here but trying to stay away from the medicines although my doctor said tylenol was ok, I'm still trying to be cautious and not use any unless I reallly need it.
