Quick question, if my LO is having trouble taking long naps should I have him nap in lighted areas or darkened? I have contradictive advice. He does not have his days and nights confused and he is 15 weeks old. TIA!

I use to have him nap in the swing but he wasn't napping well anymore so now i do it in his room where it is dark.

I keep the room dark for LO's naps.
