Advice...on cramping

Oh it hurts, and the reason i can't figure it out cause its constant and not changing. I have in past confused gas pains for cramping but this is constant right across the front and its just below the crawl into bed and whimper pain. THoughts? I have no idea where I am in my cycle other then day 32, and my temps are rising, but I think I missed bd for O, cause I think it was later then I thought....any thoughts and the only other thing I got going on is diarhea

3 cycles clomid with Ob,
1 cycle Tamoxifen with Ob,
Diagnosed PCOS 11/5/12
clomid, trigger & timed bd 12/12 BFN
1st clomid IUI 1/4/13 BFN.
2nd clomid IUI 2/13 cancelled didn't respond to clomid.
3/15/13 scheduled laparoscopy & on bcp.
May 10 IUI from injectibles - BFN
May 22 done with interventions it will either happen or it won't.
February 2014 No longer actively trying, but not preventing.

January PAL Siggy Challenge: Good Advice
Thanks Bootsorhearts, this wasn't AF cramping it was something else completely different, apparently it was the prelude to being some type of sick. The cramps kept getting worse and were consistent, and nausea, and diarhea....it was terrible took me out for about 2 days, i am slowly coming back to life today.
Then I began worrying maybe I had ectopic pregnancy, thankfully the pain has subsided and I am getting better. I guess I just had some freaky illness.
