Hey! Sorry it took me so long to give an update on LO's transfer

It of course went very smoothly. I got very emotional when they were "packaging her up" and saying goodbye to the nurses who took such excellent care of her (and me) during her first 4 weeks of life. I was upset to find out that I could have rode with her in the ambulance that morning...my husband was at work so in order to do that I would have had to leave my car. If i would have known ahead of time, I would have made arrangements. But as the nurse pointed out, riding with her would be for ME and now HER because she will be fine lol She was right. LOL did great on the ride, no a&b's or any desats. She made it there before me (they suggested I grab a bite to eat or something then head over so I wasn't following and focused on the ambulance and not the road). When I got to the new NICU I was greeted by the Dr and all the nurses on staff that day. LO was all snuggled up in her bassinet looking as peaceful as ever. My pumping schedule got all screwed up that day and I am still pumping less than I was before which scares me but the LC assures me that my supply will come back (I am not pumping a lot less...just about a 1/2 oz less than before each time) but it still freaks me out lol and other than the couple issues I have had at the new NICU it is great to have her closer to home although it has had the opposite effect in that I spend less time with her because I am home now and can get stuff done here. Which I am trying to change because I miss spending all day with her
