This is a real status from someone I know who is a CNA (for reference about the "residents" part):

CNA Girl: You know you love your residents when they tell you they don't understand why your single and they tell me how wonderful i am they are good for my eagle i love them

CNA's friend: You have an eagle?? I want one!

CNA: Not really there helping me have one lol

My brother I spent a good ten minutes coming up with ways to use eagle in that context "That really stroked my eagle!" "You're so eagletistical!"

Don't feel bad. I got it but my brother was like "wait, I know that's not right but I'm feeling like the dumb one that I can't figure out WTF she was actually trying to say!" She also thinks the word "exhausted" is pronounced "eggsausage." So whenever any of us are tired we say we too "eggs and sausage" to go out or whatever
