XP: Toddler blinking

I also posted this on Parenting : My 2 year old has been blinking in an uncharacteristic way all day. Like, she's just blinking a lot more than normal, and sometimes she'll blink a few times in a row and hold her eyes shut for a second. Fwiw, she had a fever the past 2 days, but no longer does, and now has a faint rash on her cheeks. I thought maybe she has a headache or something, but she's behaving normal otherwise and says no when I ask if her head hurts. I don't think she's doing it for attention or because of a "hey, when I do this, it looks neat" type of thing. It really seems almost involuntary. I googled and am now freaking out that she has a tic or something... Anyone else's kid ever do something similar?

our almost 2 yr old does this every now and then- and then stops all together.  When she does it I say- mommy can blink too see- and then I do it.  When I think about it and why she does it- sometimes it seems like she might have been watching too much TV- I know bad mommy!  HA but I can't say for sure.  It could be a tic that comes and goes.
