We have heartbeats!

A & B both have heartbeats! They've doubled in size and look fantastic. Well, they look blobby, but they're our blobs, and that's fantastic! 

My ovaries are freaking huge, each is the size of a grapefruit. I think Mr Start was more impressed with those measurements than with the babies. 

Next US is next week, then I'll be graduated from the RE.

    First comes Love Nov 11,  2003, Then Marriage: Aug. 23, 2006. Baby??? TTC since May 2010. Started seeking additional medical intervention (again) Summer 2013, finally appointment is booked!

    Aug 16, 2013 - SA done - All good strong numbers
    Apr 3, 2014 - Consult with OBGYN to get my testing started.
    Mar 6, 2014 - Surprise BFP!!!! EDD Nov 9th. Consult with OBGYN changed to prenatal meet and greet!
    May 2, 2014 - NT scan perfect! Can't wait to find out what team we're on.

    Thanks ladies! We're thrilled, although we're still pretty scared that something will happen. But today I am pregnant, and that's a good thing. 

    Some of you asked about the ridiculous size of my ovaries: With all the stimulation from IVF they're a little hyped up. Ovaries on steroids! Then, to help sustain the pregnancy I take progesterone supplements twice daily, and progesterone also increases their size. And because  A&B are frats, we have two placentas creating still more progesterone. All that progesterone has created FrankenOvaries. They should start to settle down over the next few weeks, although no one can tell me if they'll go back to normal size while I'm still pregnant or if I have to wait for delivery. They don't hurt exactly, it's just this incredible feeling of fullness. It's very uncomfortable when I cough or sneeze or if a dog jumps on me.

    Me: 29, PCOS, No Ovulation, Metformin, Synthroid 
    DH: 32, Low Morph (1-2%) 

    Summer 2012: Stopped BCP, cycle never returned 
    Jan - March 2013: Clomid cycles, no response (aside from mood swings!) 
    March - May 2013: Pursued international adoption, on hold due to uncertainty and rule changes in country 
    July 2013: Gonal F + Ovidrel + IUI #1 = Poor Response + Poor Counts = BFN 
    Aug/Sept 2013: BCP to clear big cysts. IUI #2 same meds, better counts, another slow poor response. Cycle should have been cancelled. BFN. 
    Oct 2013: Same meds, IUI #3 cancelled due to 5 follicles...Seriously?! 

    Nov/Dec 2013: IVF w/ ICSI
    ER on 12/5: 46R, 42M, 37F, 21 blasts, 15 normal after CCS/PGD results,  FET on 1/24, transferred two hatching embryos! Super Bowl beta 2/2 - 459!  2/4 - 1465!!  
    Ultrasound 2/11 - TWINS!!
