Hi everyone! My son was born on 9/20 and I am just finding everything more overwhelming than I imagined? Anyone in the same boat as me? I stress that I'll never bevack on a routine cause right now I can barely survive the day! I would love to hear everyone else's experience.

Thank you! I thought I was prepared for all the work but I was wrong! DH has been so helpful but returned to work today. Also,  had a c section which is limiting me even more. I really look forward to learning from everyone.

Congrats and welcome to the board. It can be very overwhelming, but try not to put pressure on yourself to get on a schedule. Eventually you will get into a routine, but at this point your baby cannot be scheduled. Just try and roll with your LO's needs.

Welcome. I'm behind because I have a one week old. I just wanted to add another you aren't alone. This is very hard. It does get easier and you adapt to all of the work as LO gets into a routine. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself. The housework will generally wait and meals can be very simple. This time does actually go quickly although it doesn't feel like it at the time. GL
