Quiet a Quandrum

HI there!

So I am almost 6 weeks pregnant now. Yay. I am having issues with nausea, and having to force myself to eat almost anything. At times I feel like I am starving and I will go to make something to eat and then I go and try to eat and my stomach wont let me. It had become quite frustrating at times. I have tried ginger but doesnt seems to be helping as much. Its on and off as well, so I will be able to eat one minute and the next I cant go anywhere near food...

 Suggestions????

    Is this all the time or after you take your prenatal vitamins? Drink plenty of water and always take your vitamins after a meal if you aren't already. Fizzy drinks usually help me..

    When I was pregnant with my twins I had awful nausea and sickness. Smoothies were my go-to. They didnt require chewing, they were cool, didn't have any off-putting smells, and were packed with nutrients. Worth a shot?

    Hang in there - one day you will wake up, magically feel better and start enjoying pregnancy!
