I have a special snowflake. She starts out in the swing to get her to sleep, I try to transition her to her PnP (because it doesn't always work) & we usually end up bed sharing by the end of the night.
we use a Travel Lite mini crib with stages since we brought LO home. She will probably outgrow it in the next few months, so will use it as a play pen.
He's in his crib and has been since before I went back to work. We started out with him in a play and pack in our room, and he was too noisy for either of us to get any sleep. There was a brief period where he slept in his swing, but he transitioned pretty easily to the crib. He naps in his swing during the day, but sleeps in the crib every night, and he sleeps well in it - put him down and within five minutes he's out. It's been a real sanity saver.
Both of our girls have slept in their cribs in their rooms from the first night home from the hospital. I don't want to have to deal with "transitioning" them. Plus, we get more sleep when they are in their own room.

Just transitioned to crib last week from the PNP in our room. But I also co-sleep I guess. He's in his room 7pm-4 or 5am then I put him in the bed with me until 8.

This is us as well. DS has a harder time going back to sleep after the 4/5 am feeding so it's easier having him next to us for when he fusses when his paci falls out.
Pack & play in our room. We tried the crib in her room a few nights ago but she still wakes frequently so it's just easier to keep her beside me at night.

DD is currently in pack n play in our room, but we are going to transition to crib soon. I am kind of nervous and a little sad that I won't be able to look over and see her, but I am hoping she will be more comfortable on the better mattress and the pediatrician recommended having her in her permanent sleep location by 4 months.
Re: Poll- Where does LO sleep?

I picked crib but I guess we cosleep too. We have a studio apartment and LO's crib is right next to our bed.
We're kinda forced into cosleeping I guess!

This, except his crib is in another room. I go get him at his first night waking where I am in bed and bring him to bed after that.
