What are you guys up to? It's 11 pm here. I'm guessing it's not that late for some of you especially if you guys are on the west coast. I should really be sleeping but I drank a pepsi about an hour ago and now I'm wired. Why do I do this to myself? There are also rice krispie treats calling my name. Must resist temptation.

Re: Late nighters!
Im a West coaster. I am always the last to post so I look like a lame-o.
I ate about half a plate of lemmon bars and now Im watching the news (even though it angers me) and enjoying some bump drama and feeding my kiddo
and uo- I dont like rice krispies so we should trade
Am I the only one who think the FB board vs. Saimantha thing is getting weird?
And Lemmon bars are gross so trading sounds like a good idea. I'm too much of a fat butt as it is.
I don't think its the whole group. I honestly had no issue until tonight and I would not even call it an issue.
I'm also a west coaster...and just ate a bowl of kashi cereal for dinner...and yes, I agree about the fb v samiantha thing is weird.

I'm usually not. But that's probably because my kids are up by 6 am every morning.
I'm going to pay for this in the morning.
I kind of slammed her for being uppity on the Alicia post (but I dont hate you! and I think it's silly that they think you're Allison! However if you are that means Allison had some awesome arguments with herself which is fun to think about!)
I dont think you have to hate her to be in the "I hate Allison" camp. And shes been around forever so... yeah....
But I know lemon bars are gross. I feel ashamed
I'm in the Atlantic time zone so I am an hour ahead of all you US east coasters! After midnight here. DS just woke up so we're nursing...again...sigh. Good thing he's so cute.
I also think the fb vs Samiantha thing is weird but nothing new. I feel like every time she used to post, some fb people would come back and immediately flame her.
Oh I know. I actually think she can be quite annoying at times. It just seems a little over the top at times with how people attack her. I don't know. I'm a huge fan of snark but I like a little finesse with it. lol

We're on the East Coast too (so same time). I think we're still having a hard time accepting DD's new wakeful schedule, and nighttime is really our only us time which makes staying up late a tempting endeavor. When she was a newborn, we'd rush to bed just trying to get a few winks in before she woke up. That was tough because it felt like what used to be a time to destress turned into a race to fall asleep while we still could, so as soon as she started to sleep better we also started to stay up later (cuz we could! HA!). Well, with the 4 month wakeful it's almost like the newborn days, except we still haven't transitioned back to the sleep rush.
I'm also meeting a friend for the first time after 6 years tomorrow (she lives in New Zealand), so I spent some time putting together a little goody bag for her and her H
LOL! High on Pepsi!! I have to be careful not to drink caffeine too late in the day or else it'll keep me up all night too. I'm on the West Coast, it's about 8:40 over here. I just finally got the kiddo to bed and am enjoying a well-deserved beer and I'm even thinking about playing a video game.
Oh man. Wild lady over here!
haha.
Man, these days, playing a video game is a rare treat!
I agree with the whole you don't have to hate her thing. Sometimes she's annoying, but who isn't every once in a while (S-bear)?
P.S. Regina - do you come over to TB often?

I try to. I usually end up lurking a lot more than posting. I didn't post much before the FB group started because I saw enough people get picked on for asking "stupid questions", and now that the board has become a lot less hostile, I just feel weird chiming in on posts because I worry people won't recognize me as a June mom who was here from the beginning. =P I'm trying to post more often though. I really love the FB group, but there is a lot I love about the TB too. Plus, I'd love to see the June board get more active again!
Well, you can rest knowing I am not Alison. My husband has a job/career. I would never accept any sort of charity, unless my dd depended upon it. I'm an intelligent and dignified person, so the likeliness of that ever happening is extremely rare. I'm on HST, so it's just after 6pm here.
Huskerbabe, it appears you hate my guts and what have you, but do you live in NE? I just ask because ne is in my imminent future.
Another West Coaster here...it's just after 9:30 PM. DH went to bed early, DS is asleep, and I'm still awake and irritated. I'm sure the drink I had at Starbucks at 5:30 isn't helping...

I was thisclose to grabbing a latte at 5pm, but I resisted, knowing it would keep me up all night. I really wanted that latte though... especially since the last "latte" I ordered magically turned into a regular coffee with creamer and (cringe) sweet 'n lo. Damn you Starbucks!!!
I think Im starting to appreciate your posts (really) You just dont stop and I have to admit- you're a consistent mother scratcher and Im kinda getting a kick out of them.
I don't hate your guts. Actually I could see myself, as well as the others, liking you ::gasp:: if you would just chill with the constant uppity attitude like you are so much better than everyone else.
And no, I'm not in NE, but close enough. I live in the middle of a corn field... it's all the same.

You should post more! I remember you.
It's nice to see old faces around here.
I'm glad I'm remembered! (: I'll definitely start posting more.
