Anti-anxiety medication

Already starting to panic about my RCs which is not until end of January.  Do you think they will give me something for my nerves?  I feel like my Bp will go through the roof just as a result of me being so scared.  That said, I keep thinking how on earth will I be able to sleep the night before??

I can't lay flat on my back because I have panic attacks. They wouldn't give any to me until the baby was born. After she was born, they gave me some happy meds which made me feel SOOOOO much better.

if you can't sleep the night before take unisom. that's what i did and still barely got 5 hours because of nerves and that was for an induction.  i was on zoloft during pregnancy because of anxiety/depressions and that helped me as well

My  c-section is scheduled for 10/2 and I've been approved to take half and Ativan twice a week until then but they were VERY clear in telling me that I could not take it the night before the c-section :-(. They said I could have Tylenol pm for sleep.
