Late term preemies - developmental milestones

My little guy was born at 34w4d and will be 6w tomorrow (non-adjusted). He spent 5 days in the NICU and has been doing amazing since being discharged. He actually hit 10 pounds today.

So, for those that had late term preemies, do they hit their developmental milestones and growth spurts on time or does it end up being more in line with their adjusted age? Just wondering what everyone else experienced.

Hi! DS was also born at 34w4d, born at 5lbs2oz and 19", spent 12 dats at the NICU, he is about to turn 3yo next month and he is super smart (I guess every momma says this about their lo's Your LO's weight sounds awesome! How is that happening?!

He was alwats on track on his developmental milestones, we never referred to adjusted age when talking to his pedis. He has always been around 50% percentile on height, 25% percentile on weight, nothing to be concerned, he is just a very picky eater.

My guys were born at 34w 3d spent 17 days in the NICU, weighed 5lb 4oz and 5lb 3oz at birth- they have hit their milestones according to their actual age.

I'm a little late to the party, but my son was born at 34w and weighed 5lbs. He's always hit milestones on time with his actual age or was even advanced. He's always been about 50% percentile on his growth as well.

DS was 34w6days and spent 6 days in the NICU.  Most of his milestones and growth spurts were in line with actual age (although I swear it seemed like the early growth spurts were hit twice for actual and adjusted!).  The only things that he definitely hit at adjusted age were smiling (11 weeks actual) and reaching for objects (almost 6 months actual).
