Late Term and Child Loss

Why does everything have to have something to do with death?

Really, why does it seem like everytime I sit down to watch a movie it has something to do with death? Last week I sat down to watch Sarah's Key- amazing book, and maybe I just forgot about the infertility in the book, or her loss, but when it was in the movie it just caught me off guard. And then after that incident I decided to watch something light and fluffy -- Mr. Poppers Penguins -- and then they lost a baby penguin before it hatched.

I'm sticking to the Big Bang Theory and Numbers re-runs at least I know those are safe.

  • I've noticed this too. I don't know if it's because I'm more aware of it now and I never really paid much attention to it before, or if it's because writers are incorporating it more into story lines.  Sending (((HUGS))).
