I bought LO some shoes that were sized 12-18 mos. When I looked online for pedipeds they were sized 1, 2, 3,etc. Do you know the conversions? Would 12-18 mos. be size 5?
Take a measuring tape and measure your child's foot. That's usually the size of their foot by numbers not months. I have a friend who's daughter is two years old and she wears size 9 in shoes.
Mom of 3 (Ginny 4 yrs old), (Miles 2 yrs old), and (Mason due June 15th)
12-18 months is a big range. I think most shoes use the single digit sizing. DS wears a 6.5W according to Stride Rite. Can you take LO in to be measured? We like the pedipeds because they fit his wide feet even though they don't come in "wide" sizes. They'd probably run too big for a lot of people.

Look at the orignals chart. At Stride Rite they measured DD as a 5.5 and I got her the xl 18-24 months and they fit great.
