Test Results Back

My doctor called me today, and I was actually surprised given that I just got my bloodwork done on Tuesday. My LH and FSH levels were all within the normal ranges, my CBC looked good with a normal WBC and I'm not anemic. The thyroid panel also came back normal.

So everything looks good and I'm "normal" besides my cycles. She wants me to call her when I get AF so that she can really look at the levels, knowing at what phase I was when I was tested to see if they're at the levels they should be for that time.

I'm glad that everything came back fine, so it looks like I get to deal with very long cycles if that is just the way my body is. She said we'll wait the year of trying (this next summer) before we look into everything else. I'm glad about that. While having unpredictable and very long cycles is very frustrating and it feels like our chances are few and far between, I certainly would rather have this happen naturally! In the meantime, I'll probably look into getting a cbefm since charting hasn't been as useful for me.

    I'm glad you got your results so soon.  It's great news that everything is normal but I'm sure that is still frustrating too.  I hope everything will work out for you two soon!

    Glad all your tests came back good.  I have the cbefm and long cycles and I loved it.  I don't think I would have gotten pregnant without it because I wouldn't have know that I didn't O until cd 21 or 22.  Good luck!!!!!!
