Temporary car seat setup

I drive a Honda CR-V and currently have two Diono Radians RFing in the passenger and driver side back seats.

My parents are coming into town to visit for about a week, and during the day when DH is at work it will be the three of us plus the twins going around town together.  I hate for my poor mother to have to climb over a car seat to get to the middle seat.  For the time they are here, could I install one of the Radians in the middle seat in the back?  I don't have LATCH there, but could do the seatbelt install.

Has anyone used this setup successfully?  Any problems?

Grandma has a 2003 CRV and we always put our girls' seats in the very back when we're up there. We haven't done a RF seat in there before, but we did use an infant seat in it at one point and it fit just fine, so I don't see why not. We never use the LATCH system - even in cars that have them installed. We always do belts.
