XP: He's home!! (pips)

I wanted to XP this post for you ladies that don't lurk on PAL. If you guys remember my hubby left for Afghanistan when I was 37 1/2 weeks pregnant. 2 nights ago he returned home!.It was absolutely amazing.seeing him meet Lilliana for the first time! Thank you all so much for your support when he left and helping keep me sane these last 5 months!

    Ok, I was doing really well until I saw that last pic.  That sign totally did me in.  Tears.  I love these stories and photos of seeing all those brave men and women in the US and Canadian forces coming home and re-uniting with their families.  It always puts a lump in my throat and in a situation like yours brings tears to my eyes.  Please thank your husband for me for his service, I may be Canadian, but I appreciate what our neighbours to the south are doing overseas.

    Add me to the crying bunch!  Thank your husband for his service and courage.  His sacrifice was remarkable.  But also thank YOU for your service and sacrifice as well!  My dad is retired military, and the family that is there to support them while they serve is just as courageous and important to our country.  So thank you both!
