Folding the prefolds

What's your favorite way to fold the prefolds for your LO? I've been using the jelly roll but it seems really bulky on her however it really held in the poo...

I just trifolded into the covers and changed covers as necessary. Once LO hit about 11-12 lbs, I went up to infant prefolds and now will use the jelly roll and angel wing fold a lot. But, to be honest, if I don't think she'll poo, I just trifold. I've never leaked out of the covers that way ever.
