Re: pedipeds, your thoughts?

  • DD wore a pair all summer. Love them.

  • I LOVE them and if we could spend the money they would have 3 pairs each. They just came out with some with memory foam and they are so comfortable for DS.He also has wide feet and they fit perfectly.

My only issue is the European sizing. I got 22 because he was sized at size 6 in the beginning of summer and his toes were at the end (not going to last) I returned them and got a 23 and they were HUGE (like 2 sizes too big). He did finally fit around the end of summer, his feet grow fast, but I was betting we were going to be using them in fall with socks!

He is now a size 8.

  • We also are a hug fan. We were given a couple of pairs of Stride Rites (his current size and the size before) as well as a pair of Pedipeds. The Stride Rites always rubbed the back of his ankle raw and he never wanted to keep them on. The Pedipeds he never had a problem with so when he outgrew them, we gave Stride Rite another go since we already had them but again, he wouldn't keep them on. Ordered a pair of PediPeds and bingo, we're back in business!

  • They are awesome! I got 1 pair for DD and since they were expensive they were the only pair she had all summer.  They still look pretty good even though she's growing out of them.  They are comfortable and she doesn't trip and fall in them like she did in other shoes.
  • Love em. The girls are comfortable and we get so many compliments on how cute the shoes are.

sounds like a silly question but how do you know his feet are wide besides eye-balling? Did you have that measured at a shoe store? I wouldn't want to overlook something like this with DS.

  • Very happy with them.
  • His feet look wide but I do take him every so often to our local kid shoe store (we have brooks kids here) and have the employee measure him. He screams and cries the entire couple of minutes it takes but his feet grow so fast I don't want to guess on his size.

  • I'm another big fan of pedipeds. LO has grown through 2 pairs so far, I would order her more but I couldn't find many styles that were winter friendly, so I went with boots for the winter instead. Come spring time I'm sure I'll be getting her more pedipeds.

  • Love them. Great quality and really cute styles. DS has worn all three styles, Original, GripNGo and Flex and we've liked all of them. DD is currently wearing the Originals styles and they stay on her feet well and are easy for her to walk in (still just cruising).
