tattoo fans (if you don't like them, just pass this by)

Okay - looking for some ideas...I just emailed the guy who did my first to play some ideas off of him and find out when he will be in town again as well.

Anyway, I have two - a generic dolphin and sun in the middle of my back (my middle name is Sunshine).  The sun I got nearly 12 years ago and is a little faded.  I'd like to have it touched up/brightened up, but I also somewhat want to incorporate Stella into it.  I'm guessing the best bet for that would be stars.  But what would look best?

  • I found this one that has stars.  You could add her name to a star or into the scroll work.  I thought this one might work if the flower was your sun and you could make it work with the colors you have already.

I am in a similar situation with my tatoo.  I want to add M's name but I'm thinking I should wait until I know we aren't having anymore so it will all go together and I'm not sure if I should add it to my existing one or get a whole new one all together.

    Good Luck!

  • I don't have a picture with me to share, but I have a shooting star tramp stamp and one day I plan on incorporating kids in to it somehow.  I'm waiting until I know we're done though.  I bellieve you've said your 1 & done though, right?

Anyway, you could do something with a shooting star! I'll poke around online to see if I can find something similar!

ETA: This isn't it, but it's similar.

The colors are the same, but the shooting part of mine is more gradiated in coloring, and a little more curvy, if that makes sense.
