I guess I will post this here. I think it would get too long on the FB page.
1. I am soooo over someecards.
2. I see way too many people wearing mermaid-cut wedding gowns. I think it is a nice cut on some people, but it is NOT universally flattering and I think way too many women think it looks good on them when it does not.
Re: UOs?
yeah, unfortunately I definitely prefer the format here! (but im not much of a mobile board user, I know that sucks!)
You could maybe make a fake facebook just for bumping - first name Crunchy, last name Mama?
Yeah i tend to bump during business hours so no FB during the day.
My UO - i hate office birthday parties (even if its monthly) its just awkward listening to everyone try to sing and the cake is always horrid.
**Siggy Challenge What You're Looking Forward to Most after Baby Arrives**
Did you end up joining the FB page? I don't have a UO, but ITA about the mermaid dresses....
Gasp*** Say it isn't so. My DH has a FB but he is like you. Hates it. I couldn't tell you when he last logged on.
My UO is I don't understand buying expensive strollers. They are cute and all but I could spend that money on so many other things.
?_?
Some someecards are funny for sure...but really? People act like it's a new thing...back in my knot days for a while we all used those for our siggies (we're talking 07-08).
I am also not a fan of mermaid dresses - not flattering for most people...I also feel the same way about strapless.
Yes, I am friends with a couple of the June moms we had a GTG with and one of them added me. And then I got sucked in...
Awww, you caved!! I prefer to keep TB and FB separate too, but if YOOOOU caved... I dunno....
LOL. I still may delete it. The format is annoying. But it is nice that there is a lot of activity. Then again, I would get more done during naptime if it wasn't there.....
My best friend legitimately posts like 10 of these a day...and not just on Facebook but on Instagram. I think I've posted two. Some are seriously funny but at this point they are just annoying.
My UO...I hate shopping for boys clothes. I took Connor to Carter's and The Children's Place this am...the boys stuff doesn't even compare to the girls. I find it super annoying.
So i guess it'll be you and I here on TB!
Lol and the cat ones. Cheeseburger is what they were called I think?
BLOG
If I find a really true some e-card I will post it but I'm really getting tired of my friends tagging me in them making it look like I post them all the time when I really don't!
I really think I would have looked awesome in a mermaid dress. My dress with a-line though :-)
They aren't universal though

and may I add skinny jeans. Gaaaah I don't understand.
I personally think like with most things when it comes to strollers you get what you pay for. I have pushed a simple run of the mill double stroller (no idea what brand sorry) and I have pushed the City Select. The City Select pushed much nicer and was less heavy feeling. Also the City Select comes apart and folds so nicely you can put plenty of other things in your trunk and I imagine you can also put in in the trunk of many cars that most double and maybe even single strollers may not fit where as my friend had to remove the back row of her minivan to fit the much heavier less expensive stroller.
My UO is I don't like not having brick walls around my backyard, I am not a fan of seeing into other peoples backyards and knowing they can see into mine. I know I am just odd but its how I grew up.
It depends on where you live. I use my stroller FAR more than I use my car, so for me an expensive stroller (the BOB, for pushing all around the city's uneven brick and curb-hopping) was a must. Mine isn't cute -- it's a machine, and a darn good one!
My UOs this week are all political, so I think I'll keep them to myself! (My friends have made way too many political FB posts, the last thing I want is to turn TB into that!)
I used to totally hate skinny jeans...I didn't buy a pair until I was pregnant and those ended up being one of my favorite pairs of maternity jeans! And then post baby, I bought a 'curvy' pair of skinny jeans from NY & Co and loved those as well. They are, however, huge on me at this time. I am seriously considering a pair in my brand new never before (at least for 10 years) size. I think the big problem with skinny jeans is what people wear with them. Especially people that aren't stick thin. And I firmly believe that they should be outlawed for all males.
Agreed. I see too many people wearing them though clearly not flattering on them. In all honesty, I think they only look good on people with true skinny thighs and legs.

on this board?! Really? I haven't seen anything even remotely like this since our LOs were like 2 months old, and even then the majority of BF moms here were really supportive of moms feeding their babies, period. Maybe it's bc I'm on a BFing board where there are some pretty extreme lactivists, but I just don't see this here at all.
I agree with Carla. Between this and the poster in the "judging" post, I am not getting all the BF hate. I think our board (and TB in general) is pretty supportive of people's feeding choices.
Thus my UO
In any case, I'm not talking about just now or lately. I'm just saying I've seen them here on this board at some point in time and I've been on this board since my 2nd tri, i think. And definitely not all. I should say the majority are supportive but once or twice i've seen it.
