I'm headed to get my hair cut and highlights today and I was wondering what everyone uses for shampoo and conditioner? It always seems like after coloring my hair it is so terrible to comb after showers. I don't really want to spend a lot of on salon stuff, but what does everyone use?

I have thick, curly wavy hair... I use Its a 10, my mom bought me a big bottle for 40 bucks or so on amazon... also, an auntie I have has thin fine hair and she uses it and my mom's hair is similar to mine, like you she dyes her hair.

If you use a hairmask every couple of days (depending on your hair type) it helps keep it from getting so kinky after getting wet. I use Ausie 3 minute smoothing mask. Works wonders! My hair is really baby fine though.

I have thick hair, and get it colored, so I get the Redken products for colored hair. It keeps the color vibrant longer.
