Possible new food allergy

So DD was tested via skin test at 12 months and was positive for eggs and shellfish. We also got the blood test for those two. Eggs positive and shellfish negative via blood. Now every 6 months we get those things repeated in our rast testing. Lately DD has had random rashes and increasing stools. Would it be crazy of me to get skin testing done again? Or would you just start the elimination diet? I guess my fears is DD is super picky and don't want to eliminate things unnecessarily plus I don't want to confuse daycare...
