I lost 4 lbs in the last 3 days from being sick. It was a definite plus this morning after being so sick all week to see the scale dropped a few lbs. Gotta love being so stuffed up you can't smell or taste so I've just been eating health food cause its not gonna taste good might as well be low calories. I'm not hitting the gym at night right now
