Family friendly freezer meala

I don't post often, but figured this was the best place to go since you all have young toddlers.

My friend from my moms group that I've become close with just told me she was diagnosed with breast cancer. It's stage 1 and she has a good outlook, but she just started chemo this week.

I do a lot of cooking, but don't do many makeahead freezer meals. I'd love to give her some trays of food though so it's one less thing to think about.

Can you post recipes or links to recipes that are good for a family her daughter is about 17 months.

Some of the meals that I make and freeze are:

Breakfast burritos:

I usually make 25-30 and wrap individually in plastic wrap.

Enchiladas

Any kind of roast with chopped vegetables for the crock pot
