Kelly's Deal - question

Kelly's Closet has the free OS with $29 purchase today (29TUES code).  They also still have their free OS for $69 purchase running.  

I have $72 in my cart.  Pay shipping twice and get two free OS today or just get the $69 OS, pay shipping once?  

I'm not familiar with the quality of the free diapers from Kelly's - thoughts on whether one might be better than the other?

    Well if your order is over $49 you should get free shipping. 

     I think most people have gotten a Kawaii with the lower value free diaper.  I got an Oh Katy with a coupon once, but I think that was a lower coupon code than $69, but higher than $29.
