I know I've seen about a zillion blw posts, but I'm getting frustrated with the search function. Let's face it, bump mobile sucks.
Can anyone direct me to some good links to send to DH on BLW? There is no way he'll read the book, and I'm having a hard time articulating to him the hows and whys of it.
Thanks!

Yup. I found the book to be a bit of a waste. I kept thinking, "Is that all?" Basically your baby eats what you eat minus the salt. Give big chunks rather than pureed bits and have at it. And of course supervise!
I was going to order the book from amazon to read myself. Do you all think it isn't worth it? Everything I know about the topic I've found out from posts on tb and various posted links.
Also, does the book address allergies at all? I have a number of food sensitivities and allergies and am worried that lo may have inherited them, especially since my allergies mirror my mother's, straight across the board. To top it off, we are vegan, so there are many "normal" food items that lo won't bd experiencing. Should I be worried that a limited diet will make her a picky eater later on?
This is all in my mind bc today the ped suggested starting rice cereal. I don't plan on doing so, nor do I plan to start solids until after 6 mo. Thanks for any tips/insights!
