I have the My Breast Friend twin pillow and it is great! I was able to tandem nurse them in the hospital! No complaints here!

Me too. Plus the lumbar support is great. If you have a 2-story home, I would recommend buying 2 so you don't have to lug it up and down the stairs at night and in the morning, have company, etc.
