Looking for a nanny in Scripps Ranch

Before meeting complete strangers through Craigslist, I thought I'd reach out to fellow moms first. Does anyone know of any nannies looking for a full time job beginning in November? I have a 4 month old that needs daytime care.

Also, I'm new to this process. Can someone tell me the going rate for a nanny these days?
