Favorite Hypnobirthing book?

    The birth affirmations track was by far my favorite. Some people like rainbow relaxation too. Good luck!

    Aside from HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method?  That's all that I've read.  And the tracks on the CDs are great, especially the affirmations like the PP said.
