swaddling for naps

do you swaddle for naps? i sort of like how i only swaddle at bedtime because it's different, and signifies bedtime. but, for naps during the day she flails her arms and wakes herself up within 10 minutes if i don't swaddle, so i'm thinking i should just always swaddle for naps too? maybe the swaddle only signifies bedtime for me, and she doesn't notice/care lol...

Unless she's sleeping in the swing, I almost always swaddle for naps. She typically takes a 2-3 hour nap when swaddled and STTN (7-10 hours, no waking). She is pretty much EBF.

I swaddle every time she naps and goes down at night.  Only time I don't is if she sleeps in carseat or stroller during walks.  My DD is very wiggly and wakes herself up .  It's frustrating.
