I think I have my bedding narrowed down to two choices https://www.landofnod.com/crib-bedding/kids-gear/sherbet-stripes-crib-bedding/f11015
or

I know there is a specific board for nursery questions but I figured I might have more luck with boy/girl nursery combinations here. Thanks!
Re: Would anyone like to share pics of boy/girl twin nursery?
Oooh! I love both of those.
I'll reply w/ mine at the end of the week - we should be done with the nursery by then. We ended up getting white cribs and pink/cream wonder bumpers for our girl and blue/cream wonder bumpers for our boy's crib.
I really like the 2nd choice! I am into grey color schemes.
I started searching for wall decals, and ended up on one from Etsy. We had already decided on a bright green wall color. Here are a few pictures from after it was finished:

Also added but not shown...I have yellow as the secondary color. The main sheets are yellow with small polka dots, and I made yellow framed signs with their names in white that set on a shelf.
The cribs are not like that anymore either. They are both against the wall. It's a tiny room!

I don't have pictures because I am just starting to get ours together. We are doing a gray and yellow color scheme except the crib skirts are pink for girl and blue for boy in the same geometric pattern. I am having them made through etsy.
edit: I love the gray and yellow from land of nod
Love the grey and yellow. Very cute.
I will be watching this thread! We are now trying to figure out what we want to do for our boy/girl nursery. GL!
I remember having a hard time figuring out what to do with my boy girl nursery as well. So I went with this super simple and cute green/purple theme. I got the bedding from Target - tiddliwinks brand I think.
These pics are from when the room wasn't totally complete but we have put a few more purple/green coordinating things on the walls. I like to keep things simple.
Love the not-a-peep sheets! We're actually registered for that design for our changing pad cover. We aren't finding out the genders and aren't even close to finished with the room yet but here are a couple "sneak peek" photos.
DH putting together the glider:
The walls look pretty blue in that pic but they're really much more on the aqua side of things. The cribs are the IKEA Sundvik in grey/brown and the dresser matches.
Our dog Thuthan with the TOADSTOOL FOOTSTOOL that I am excessively in love with:
We then have some red and white hot air balloon decals for the walls, some "floating book" shelves, a cloud shelf and a whole mess of red white and aqua paper lanterns. We haven't purchased sheets just yet.
Good luck with your decorating! I can't wait to see it when it's done!
Here it is before they had names

No pix but my bedding was Alphabet/ABC by Migi, I painted the walls a neutral oatmeal kind of color, furniture was espresso.
Their nursery had a shelf that was built into 2 of the walls about 2 ft from the ceiling maybe with nice molding under it to make it very decorative (hard to explain but it was really neat & ppl always commented on it) and I got alphabet cards from amazon and propped them up along the 2 walls.https://www.amazon.com/Eeboo-Around-Land-Wall-Cards/dp/B000GYUXQQ/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1348015988&sr=8-8&keywords=alphabet+cards
One wall was closet & door to hall, one had the cribs, 1 had 2 windows & the other was the dresser & glider. I had big plans to find a cool print to put over the dresser but never found something & then FIL made this latch hook thing & gave it to the kids & I felt badly not hanging it (even though it was NMS) so above the dresser it went. Between the 2 windows I did a decorative shelf with a picture frame & piggy banks and under that a mounted book rack from land of nod.
