Vacation Ideas for a 3 year old

I am trying to get some ideas for next summer.  We went to disney this past summer and we had a blast, but we want to go there every other year.  I need some ideas....I know its early, but I like to think about things for awhile.

BEach was a hit at that age- we did hawaii when he was 2.5 and he loved it but the flight was brutal.  Gavin also loved gatlinburg last year- thats a closer option.  He had fun on the carnival cruise last year too, but it was hard w/ an infant.  We have a Disney cruise in nov and I think that will be a blast.

Chattanooga or the beach would be a lot of fun for everyone.
