Light brown discharge and slight pain 3 months pp

I had my son 11 weeks ago. Yesterday and today I've had very little light brown discharge and some lower right abdominal pain, almost like pressure pain. I breastfeed and I haven't gotten my period yet, only times where I've had this same brownish discharge but it never turned into a period. Any idea what this could be? Possibly old pp bleeding but why the slight pains?

I would attribute the brown discharge to old blood and the slight pains to possibly your uterus shrinking/incision healing. Then again, im not doctor. I know I felt little twinges here and there and slight pains after I had my c-section. Lasted for a good while. Even to this day {it's been 4yrs} I still get slight pains around where my incision is, especially if I workout those muscles to much.
