Buying replacement cushion for glider/rocker?

Does anyone know where I can find replacement cushions for a glider/rocker?  My neighbor is throwing out their glider (pretty sure it's the Dorel Asia brand), but the cushions are pretty stained.  The cover doesn't come off - and it seems impossible to get a clean/good wash of the cushions in my washing machine.  The wood frame is in good working condition.

I tried googling but am getting nowhere with finding places that sell replacement cushions.  Just curious if any of you had luck with this?

I know our brand of rocker (Dutelier) has replacement cushions on their website.  However, we opted to have our new cushions custom made.  I went to a fabric store, picked out fabric that matched the nursery (making sure to get a nice thick fabric that would hold up over time).  We found a guy in town who does upholestry and he made new cushions (that matched the original ones in terms of the way it fit the chair) for only $75.00.  The fabric was probably $50.00 so we feel like we got a great deal since we bought the rocker off of craigslist for a steal.  We've been happy w/ the decision & it's holding up great 2 years later!

Do you sew at all?  You could recover them.  The internet is full of video tutorials.
